The former village leader of Latomi Village also known as the Idiot Village Head, is the main antagonist of The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash. He is the archnemesis of Ivy (formerly known as Femicia).

The villages or cities neighbored to his village hates him for his foolishness and delusions of grandeur and more supportive towards Ivy over him, earning the chief his nickname as the Idiot Village Head. He also abused his wife both physically and psychologically even she never done anything wrong, causing the woman to abandon him and for having an affair with his mistress. He made people blinded by both skills and higher rank of stars and could not see the child's true power or value by enforcing this delusional beliefs on them. He soon was under arrested by the Latome Village's knights when they are notified by Fecilla. In the end for him, the Head was stripped from his title as a village leader and given a life setence for his crimes against the starless and those who have weaker stars. The Head's hunt for the starless and the weaker stars is over as Latomi Village is now a ghost town.

Personality

The village head is an arrogant, egotistical, delusional, and incompetent fool. He has a great dislike of the fortune teller because the people loved, respected, and followed her and not him because her fortune telling helped the village harvest their crops at the right time and he does not like sharing attention with anyone else and his father likes her. When the fortune teller fell ill, the chief saw an opportunity to get rid of her and denied her the medicine, causing her to die from it. He only cares about himself and his delusions of grandeur.

The chief is also a very paranoid and prejudiced liar against starless people, viewing them as "curses" which will bring calamity to the village. He enforces this belief on the village which led to Ivy a little girl born to be starless suffering abuse and neglect from both her pious father, who was close to the chief, the rest of her family, and the other villagers who blindly supported him, and he used the fact Louver cared for said starless child as the reason she died, beginning the hunt that led to Ivy fleeing the village for her life which is nothing more than a despicable and excusable lie so he can get his glory which he believes he deserved. The chief's delusional excuses earned him the nickname of the "Idiot Village Head" by many villages and cities who now supported Ivy.

He is impatient and uncaring towards the people who go against him when he got mad over the crops rotting and failed harvest, so much so that when people started to flee from the village because of its poor state, he accused them of being ungrateful to him, not even meeting his expectations and tried to submit requests to the adventurers' guild to have them captured and their assets returned. He also does not love or care for his ex-wife (who divorced him and left the village for his delusions of grandeur) when he abused her physically and mentally even she didn't do anything wrong to deserve such heartless treatment. He used what's left of the village's money to place a bounty on Ivy but it was a complete wasted as nobody are heeding the bounty, leaving the idiot head to be drowning in a huge debt.

He is also a lustful pervert when he cheated on his wife and had an affair with another woman.

Even when he is getting arrested by the Latome's knights and his delusional plans was foiled by Fecilla, this foolish head has no signs of remorse of his actions nor having any qualities for redemption.

History

The village head wanted to rid of Ivy because she's a starless child who is abandoned by the Gods as he and the villagers in Latomi believed the starless people are bad omen because of him. And his desire for glory. When he discovered the fortune teller cared and protected her and she fell ill, the village leader refused to help her and not give her the medicine for siding the starless child. He lied to his villagers saying that Ivy placed a curse on the fortune teller.
